Small Group Sessions
Coach Diana provides Power Skating sessions in small groups through AIH. Each lesson will focus on one of the six pillars, breaking it down into the key elements and building it back up. This will produce the proper "form, posture and technique" for each discipline. This program will deliver the results of power, precision and speed.
Individuals
Through individual sessions, Coach Diana will focus on your specific needs. Building upon your strength and working on your weakness to ensure that you master your performance on the Ice.
Dryland
If you want to take your skating and hockey skills to the next level, our dryland training will ensure age-appropriate training sessions to build your agility, balance, coordination and strength and skill.
